Identify which of the PYP teacher capabilities you have selected.   I will select teaching approaches, resources, technologies, learning experiences and assessments that are inclusive and effective for diverse students   I will promote student reflection and action in response to their learning.   Consider what success in these areas might look like and what approaches you could use to continue learning post workshop.    I think success in the area of being inclusive and effective looks like better collaboration with the classroom teachers. I am the SEN teacher, so my life is inclusion and making sure everything is effective for our diverse students. How is my understanding of PYP principles and practices evolving? I think my understanding is evolving as I think creatively and out of the box about the scenarios. I think my understanding is evolving through the use of the readings and activites. I think I am understanding more about the planning process and what PYP looks like in the classroom. In what ways can I apply learning from this workshop in my own learning and teaching? I think I will be better at understanding what the general educators are doing, how they plan and how they promote inquiry and agency in the classroom.  How is agency supported and nurtured through this workshop? I think that agency is nurtured through the activities presented. It is nurtured through using our ideas to help one another.
